MVA Leadership

I am proud to open the doors of Marana Vista Academy! In my 25+ years of education, I have served scholars and families in elementary school, middle and high school, and community college teaching mainly English and psychology.

As a career educator, I have worked tirelessly to create meaningful opportunities for scholars that are innovative, rigorous, and relevant. My experiences as a school leader have allowed me to lead collaborative initiatives in order to build cultures of learning, growth, and success. In my various roles as a teacher, school counselor, and Assistant Principal, I had the privilege of building strong relationships with scholars, staff, families, and the larger educational community. Together with my colleagues and the partnerships nurtured through our work, we are committed to ensuring high levels of learning for all scholars based on shared vision and commitment to scholar growth and achievement.

As a proud graduate of the University of Arizona, I am excited to return to southern Arizona to serve the community I first enjoyed as a young adult. I look forward to working together with scholars, teachers, staff and our community to create powerful learning experiences that engage young learners to be the leaders of tomorrow!
